family emergency prevented the original speaker from giving it. As a result,
this isn't as polished as I'd like.

This talk was a partner talk to the one given by Daniel Elvira.
Unfortunately, some confusion surrounded the splitting of topics (don't ask),
and the result is these two talks really have to be looked at
one-after-the-other; neither is free-standing.
Some of the links used putting this talk together -- but this is by far not
complete as I used a notebook to hold most of the information. I've not yet
figured out how to extract the links from that...
